HFC United is the first Minnesota club to become a member of USSSA Soccer.  Starting this spring, HFC United's recreational soccer players and teams will be registered with USSSA Soccer- a national member of US Soccer.  So what is USSSA?  USSSA originally stood for United States Slowpitch Softball Association.  In 1998, USSSA rebranded as United States Specialty Sports Association, and now serves as a multisport organization with over 4,000,000 members in sports; soccer, baseball, softball, basketball, volleyball, golf, martial arts and seven other sanctioned sports.  USSSA has been a member of U.S. Soccer since 2001 and works with leagues, tournaments, clubs, teams in over 45 states.
