Board Member Position Descriptions (up for election or vacant)
President - duties include run board meetings, oversee club operations, represent club, handles complaints, voting member (in case of ties), attends meetings, signs checks, oversees Club Administraor & Referee Coordiantor, cover tasks of vacant board members & staff.
Vice President - duties include risk managment (maintain insurance, track required coach/TM/other adults trainings, work with registrar for background checks, COVID Return to Play plans, etc.), run board meetings in President's absence, assume position of President if current President is unable to fulfill duties or vacates position, voting member, sign checks, attend board meetings and oversee field coordinator.
Secretary - duties inlcude attending meetings and taking minutes, voting member, distribute and maintain minutes, maintain corporate documents with State of Minnesota.
Rec Director - duties include runing rec academy program (creating registrations for rec leagues, recruiting coaches, forming teams, developing schedules & rules, provide coaches with direction & assistance, working with DOCs for Academy days), attending board meetings, voting member.
