Members have expressed, through survey results, that having two directors of coaching is important for HFC United coaches and players development.  HFC United had hired two directors of coaching (DOC) positions to start the 2020 year, however, one of the directors resigned shortly thereafter.

With COVID-19 striking hard in March, and due to the cancellation of the TCSL summer league (among others), HFC United did not fill the open DOC position.  In the fall of 2020, HFC United contracted the services of an coaching and player development advisor until the end of the fall soccer season.

HFC United is now seeking candidates to fill the open director of coaching position.
